I used this GPS for two solid months without any problems. Then one day, it would not turn on. I contacted Amazon customer service, and even though I was past my 30 day warranty with them, they went ahead and shipped me a replacement unit next business day. I have not had any problems with the replacement item.

As for the performance, I liked how quickly it found the satellites and created my route, as well as the options it provided me for getting there. Its non-GPS features are all impressive, and I would recommend this product without any reservations.
